Day Of Coordination

  • Complimentary initial meeting to get to know each other

  • 1-2 hour meeting to go over your vision, planned details and to answer any questions you may have

  • 2-3 hour follow up meeting and venue tour - closer to wedding date

  • Preparation of a detailed wedding itinerary and checklist for your vendors and wedding party

  • Personal and DIY decor set up for the ceremony and reception (stationary items, place cards, favours, seating chart, etc)

  • On-site ceremony rehearsal direction

  • Day-of coordination including, vendor scheduling and communication, venue preparation, timeline management and everything in between (from 8am to 10pm)

  • Access to our professional little black bag (wedding emergency kit)
