Day-of Coordination (Base package) - $1,800 + HST

  • Complimentary initial meeting to get to know each other
  • 1-2 hour meeting to go over your vision, planned details and to answer any questions you may have
  • 2-3 hour follow up meeting and venue tour - closer to wedding date
  • Preparation of a detailed wedding itinerary and checklist for your vendors and wedding party
  • Personal and DIY decor set up for the ceremony and reception (stationary items, place cards, favours, seating chart, etc)
  • On-site ceremony rehearsal direction
  • Vendor scheduling and communication, venue preparation, timeline management

bar consultation package - $600 + HST

  • Bottle recommendations based on guest count 
  • Quantity calculations (beer, wine, spirits, mix)
  • Signature cocktail creation by professional bartender
  • Bar set up as required on site/venue
  • Recommendation for smart serve bartenders

Planning Services (6-8 months out) - $1,000 - $1,500 + HST

  • Includes detailed event planning from start to end
  • Coordination and recommendations of vendors
  • Source vendor quotes and bookings
  • Assisting with budget needs and providing resources to help stay on track
  • DIY décor design & set up on the day

  • Any and all stationary needs for your wedding, shower, engagement party etc. 
  • Provide quotes from printing companies
  • Design of printed materials
  • Revisions as needed with printing company
  • Proofs reviewed and signed off by couple for all printed materials
